Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and follow up leads
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders
- Maintain accurate records of activity and customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and good customer service
- Attend meetings, customer visits or industry events when required
- Identify opportunities for growth and support wider sales campaigns
- Previous experience in sales or customer focused roles
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Able to build rapport quickly and maintain strong working relationships
- Motivated, organised and comfortable working towards targets
- Good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and customers
