  • Salary: 27,000 per annum with up to 8,000 OTE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Strategic Renewals Executive:

  • Management of re-signs and renewals within allocated accounts and/or Product area.
  • Management of the alteration of solutions, including changes, novation, reductions, and cancellation requests.
  • Analyse customer billing profile data, create a suitable offering for the renewal, raise an appropriate quotation, and secure the resign, working either with the Account Manager or directly with the customer.
  • Work closely and build relationships with appropriate Account Managers and Account Directors on their allocated accounts.
  • Ensure you are fully up-to-date with the company's portfolio of services, in and outside of your accounts.
  • Work with account owners to assist in putting the appropriate re-sign documentation together.
  • Ensure all the appropriate business CRM and renewals databases are kept updated on a regular basis.
  • To periodically review and be compliant with security, legal, regulatory and health and safety company policy and legislation.
  • Assist with loading renewals for the new financial years within HubSpot.

Key Skills and Experiences of a Strategic Renewals Executive:

  • Experience with a complex set of deliverables in a challenging environment
  • Experience in managing, negotiating, re-signing and closing IT/Communication service contracts
  • A strong understanding of the marketplace and the requirements of customers.
  • Be able to demonstrate you can deliver against key targets and objectives and forecast updates against these targets.
  • Enthusiastic and Self-Motivated
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good skills within the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Extensive use of HubSpot and DealHub if possible
