Health & Social Care Teacher (Level 3)
Location: Secondary Girls School, Tower Hamlets
Contract: Full-time, until the Christmas holidays in the first instance
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Health & Social Care Teacher to deliver Level 3 curriculum at a high-performing secondary girls school in Bow. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject expertise, excellent classroom practice, and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Level 3 Health & Social Care to KS4/KS5 learners
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with departmental staff and senior leadership
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Valid and up-to-date Enhanced DBS
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Availability for interview prior to CV submission
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
