Service Advisor
Location: Cardiff
Salary 28,000- 29,500 basic (DOE & accreditation)
OTE: Additional 5,000 (CX + service plan bonus)
The Role
A customer-focused Service Advisor is required to join a busy dealership service department. You'll manage service bookings, communicate clearly with customers, and help drive customer satisfaction and service plan sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, manage bookings, and handle inbound enquiries
- Explain recommended work and associated costs in simple terms
- Liaise with technicians to ensure jobs progress efficiently
- Promote service plans and other value-added products
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
- Resolve customer queries professionally
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience (VAG accreditation desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to upsell service plans
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working in a fast-paced service environment
