Description
The key responsibilities of this German Speaking Finance Assistant will be:
- Post and reconcile incoming customer payments on a daily basis
- Match payments to invoices according to remittance advice
- Handle customer invoicing and release credit notes as required
- Maintain up-to-date AR reconciliations and ensure account accuracy
- Send customer statements and payment reminders
- Follow up on overdue balances and manage collections activity
- Produce regular reports on overdue accounts and payment performance
- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers across Central Europe
- Support month-end closing and reporting processes
Profile
The successful German Speaking Finance Assistant should have:
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in accountancy and finance
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
