Trainee Sales Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
• Promote and sell products and services
• Generate leads and participate in campaign callouts
• Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Stay up to date on products, services, and pricing

What you will bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and resilient
• Comfortable working toward targets
• Organised, IT literate, and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) desirable
• Skilled in influencing and handling objections
• Prior experience in a sales or target-driven environment (office or retail)
