Job Description



Morgan Mckinley are supporting a client based in Bristol who are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant to work with them on fixed term contract.

As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders in line within procedures
  • Creating and verifying new supplier accounts
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
  • Raising sales invoices and supporting debt collection
  • Supporting internal customers and maintaining financial controls
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with finance policies
  • Providing cover for finance colleagues and attending meetings as required

What You'll Bring to the role

  • Has practical experience in a finance environment
  • Is proficient in Excel and financial systems
