Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Commission

We're looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants with proven experience in sales or other targeted roles to help win new business, manage client relationships, and source top talent across a range of sectors. If you're ambitious, money-motivated, and ready for a role where effort directly equals earnings, this is the place to be.

• Generate new business through outbound sales activity

• Build and manage strong client relationships across various industries

• Understand client hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions

• Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for active vacancies

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process

• Work to clear KPIs and sales targets

• Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role

• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by earning potential

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A -C) including English & Maths

• Competitive salary + uncapped commission

• Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-13:00
