Sales Account Manager
Location: Croydon (CR0) Office Based (initially for training) or Hybrid/Home
Salary: £26,000 £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

The Role:
We re looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager essentially a junior Business Development Manager who wants to grow into a full BDM role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their sales career who is enthusiastic, career-driven, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
What We re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
- Ambition to progress into a Business Development Manager role
