Salary: £60,000 £90,000 (depending on experience)
Location: UK-wide (London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow) hybrid working
As a Cost Assurance Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in reviewing, validating, and advising on cost estimates and contract data across high-profile programmes such as HS2, nuclear, and major civils frameworks. You ll work with clients to ensure cost accuracy, risk management, and commercial integrity throughout project delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Background in estimating and cost management
- Experience in cost assurance, verification, or post-contract commercial review
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working with clients and presenting complex cost data
- Consultancy or client-side experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Professional membership (RICS, ACostE, APM)
- Defence, nuclear, or transport sector experience
- Familiarity with cost systems, benchmarking, and cost intelligence tools
