About the Role:
We are looking to hire a new Customer Support Executive to play a key role in driving new member growth at our client.
You will be assisting customers with their annual subscription renewals and delivering a "best in class" customer experience to our customers, delivering the happiness we promise. You'll receive full support to succeed, including comprehensive product training, sales coaching, and ongoing mentoring.
You'll get the support you need to be successful, with product knowledge, training, support skills and on-going mentoring.
