While waiting for your own store you will be based at one of our existing stores supporting the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district. You will be accountable for the stores day to day operations and results. This includes; leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
