Food Safety Officer

One of my local authority client's in the Midlands are currently on the search for a part time Food Safety Officer on a interim basis.

Role Requirements :

• Inspecting categories C, D and Es
• No Enforcement involved just a carbon copy required
• Experience within a Local Authority and a proven track record of conducting Food Inspections
• Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent) BSc (Hons) Environmental Health
• Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB)
