Senior C++ Developer

As a Senior Developer, you'll take ownership of complex challenges, influence technical direction, and mentor junior team members. Your work will span feature enhancements, performance optimisation, UI development, and seamless hardware integration-all within an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver robust, high-quality software solutions
- Optimise performance and reliability across the platform
- Implement and maintain unit and automated tests
- Integrate software with hardware peripherals
- Support and enhance Back End services
- Apply UI design changes and improvements
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing
- Champion best practices and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Contribute to sprint goals as part of an Agile delivery team
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers
What We're Looking For
- Solid, recent experience with C++
- Strong knowledge of Windows development and Visual Studio
- Solid understanding of STL
- Exposure to Qt or other GUI technology
- Experience with Client Server architecture
- Familiarity with networking concepts (HTTP, TCP/IP, sockets)
