Kitchen Fitters - Walsall, Birmingham & Coventry
Start: ASAP Duration: 4 Months (potential extension)
We are seeking experienced Kitchen Fitters / Carpenter Joiners to join our team for ongoing refurbishment and fit-out projects across Birmingham and Coventry. This is an immediate-start opportunity with secure work through to the end of March, with the possibility of continuing beyond this.
The Role
You will be working on a range of kitchen installations within refurbishment and maintenance settings, carrying out both first and second fix joinery tasks. Projects span multiple sectors and offer a varied, rewarding workload as part of a skilled, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
Full kitchen fitting and installation
First and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects
Fitting doors, frames, skirting, architraves, window boards & flooring
Partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs
Installing ironmongery and completing any required adjustments
Delivering work to a high standard, on schedule, and in line with site safety requirements
Working independently or within a team, communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and other trades
Maintaining tools and a clean, safe working area
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent/time-served)
Proven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance work (not new build)
Competent in both first and second fix joinery and full kitchen fitting
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Walsall, Birmingham & Coventry
Strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
