Customer Service & Office Administrator

£27,000 per annum

Full-time Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm

Outskirts of Colchester own transport required

We re supporting a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Office Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, supporting customers and internal teams, and being part of a friendly, supportive office environment.

What you ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Processing orders and updating customer details
  • Managing paperwork, filing and general administrative duties
  • Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing updates on orders, deliveries and queries

What we re looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, office support or administration
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone reliable, positive and team-focused
