Description

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Contribute to training and development programmes within the organisation.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor (Temp) should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience within the Not For Profit industry is desirable.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
