Description

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coach, guide and upskill managers
  • Use HR data to identify trends
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR system as required.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Experience in providing HR advice and managing employee relations.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to supporting HR projects and initiatives.
