What You'll Be Doing:

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Recruitment Process: From posting job ads to screening resumes, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment efforts.
• Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Building Relationships: Engage with potential candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience that reflects our company culture.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, helping us track our hiring progress.
• Supporting the Team: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in crafting job descriptions that attract top talent.

Who You Are:

We're looking for someone who is not only organised and detail-oriented but also has a cheerful attitude that brightens our workplace! You should have:

• A background in recruitment or HR, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
