We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager who is ready to lead, influence and elevate standards across a diverse and fast-paced automotive environment. You ll take ownership of our HSE management system, ensuring our workshops, showrooms and operational sites not only meet UK legislation but set the benchmark for safety excellence. From risk assessments and audits to incident investigations, training and environmental compliance, you ll be at the forefront of creating a safe, proactive and engaged workplace.
Role: Health & Safety Manager, Group Health & Safety Manager, H&S Manager, Health & Safety Lead, Health & Safety, HSE Manager, SHE Manager
Salary: circa £50k + Car allowance
Location: Hybrid It would be best if you are in the Southwest of England Berkshire, Wiltshire, Avon etc.
You ll bring recognised H&S qualifications, proven experience in technical or high-risk industries such as Automotive, engineering manufacturing and a deep understanding of regulations from COSHH to LOLER. Just as importantly, you ll have the confidence to influence at all levels business.
