1st select are working in partnership with a leading consultancy and we are looking for an experienced surveyor to carrying out Stock Condition Surveying on social housing properties in the North West.
We are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join a team in the Manchester area, focusing on social housing properties. Proficiency in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is essential. Familiarity with Keystone software is desirable, but training can be provided. This role includes liaising with customers to schedule appointments.
Paid on a price per survey basis.
Flexible working.
Invoices paid weekly.
