The Role
As the Site Manager, you ll:

• Lead and oversee all electrical works within the kitchen and bathroom maintenance and refurbishment programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to Company Health & Safety Policies and work closely with Health & Safety Managers and Advisors.
• Maintain and produce up-to-date Health & Safety records as requested.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental and Waste Management Policies.
• Manage and motivate site staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.

To be successful in the role of Site Manager, you'll have:

• Proven experience in site management with a focus on facilities maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of Environmental and Waste Management compliance.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
