Customer Service Assistant

Note - This Opportunity starts before Christmas

• Pay: 14.02p/hr

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Start Date: December 15th, 2025
• Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week
• Shifts: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM) - every other Saturday with a weekday off
• Location: Leeds City Centre

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our client, engaging with customers through inbound calls. Your main responsibilities will include:

• • Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Processing payments for changes to policies
  • Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple task
