Position: Note Taker
Location: Poulton-with-Fearnhead, Warrington
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: 18.00 per hour
Start Date: 2nd December, 2025
End Date: 2nd December, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings to take accurate and thorough notes.
• Capture essential points, decisions, and action items.
• organise and present notes in a clear and concise manner for easy reference.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all relevant information is recorded.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

Who We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented individual with excellent listening and writing skills.
• Someone who can work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive communicator who can engage with various stakeholders.
• A reliable person with a valid driving licence to commute easily to the location.
• Comfortable at typing at speed,
• Advanced in using Microsoft Word and must have experience with note taking.
