About the role: Specialist SEN Teacher- Deliver personalised, adaptive lessons to learners with ASC and ADHD
- Use consistent routines, visual supports, and tailored communication strategies
- Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists and pastoral staff
- Create a calm, structured and supportive space where pupils feel safe, understood and motivated
- Assess, track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and social/emotional development
- Foster independence, emotional regulation and confidence
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD and neurodiverse learning needs
- Confidence in implementing adapted curriculums and behaviour-supportive strategies
- A nurturing, patient and resilient approach

Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
£170 - £230 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only
