Our Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants play a key role in matching teachers and school support staff with rewarding roles. Through our Impact Academy, you'll receive structured, ongoing training, coaching, and clear progression pathways to help you thrive in recruitment.

Your Journey

• Learn how to source, interview, and assess high-quality candidates
  Write engaging candidate profiles and present them to clients
  Support consultants with daily operations while building your own client relationships
  Progress into full 360 recruitment - including business development, account management, and negotiation
