Job Title: Repairs Planner
Location: leatherhead
Salary: 24,570 per annum
Sector: Gas Contractor
MUST HAVE REPAIRS EXPERIENCE - FULLTIME OFFICE BASED 8-5
Repairs admin:
- Actioning further works and parts reports
- Ordering parts from the parts centre
- Raising purchase orders
- Taking calls from residents regarding further works
- Booking appointments and allocating engineers
- Liaising with other teams and clients
- Repairs inbox / emails from residents clients and managers
