If you re driven by supporting meaningful change for people involved in the criminal justice system, this could be the ideal role for you. As a Housing Interventions Officer, you ll be based primarily at HMP Parc, working side-by-side with Probation resettlement colleagues and directly with men in custody and on release. Occasional travel to HMP Cardiff, Swansea, Usk or Prescoed may be required depending on service need. You ll deliver housing-focused interventions that prevent homelessness, improve access to accommodation and support successful resettlement into the community.
