Plant Mechanic
Location: Bury

Were looking for an experienced Plant Mechanic to join a long-standing and respected business that maintains and repairs a wide range of construction and manufacturing equipment. If you have a strong mechanical background and take pride in keeping machinery running at its best, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on plant and machinery
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Keep accurate service records and report on completed work
About You:
- Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic, Fitter, or similar role
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Plant Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
