We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front of house role and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Assisting with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
