A leading Building Services team is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to drive the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient electrical design solutions across high-profile projects in the UK, Ireland, and internationally. The Role
Working across sectors such as Education, Commercial, Leisure, Healthcare, and Retail, you will:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers and technicians
Deliver technically excellent, profitable electrical design solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects
Drive innovative, sustainable, and intuitive design solutions
About You
You will have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng/BEng or equivalent)
Extensive consultancy experience in electrical building services at a senior level
Proven technical expertise with relevant design software
A strong track record of managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
A passion for creative, sustainable, and client-focused design
