• Advanced Clinical Skills: Advanced specialist assessment of highly complex communication and swallowing disorders following neurological insult.
• Specialist Focus: Expertise in advanced swallow assessment, treatment, and tracheostomy weaning support.
• Service Development: Lead clinical audit, policy implementation, and strategic growth for the SLT team.
