Finance Manager

An established and rapidly growing distribution business based in Harlow is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Finance Manager into a newly created role, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

This position has been introduced to strengthen financial control and support the continued development of finance and business processes during a period of sustained growth.

This is a hands-on, technical finance role with broad exposure across the finance function. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and delivery of management accounts
• Fixed asset analysis and reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow management
• Ad-hoc costings and financial analysis
• ERP system support and process improvement
• Technical accounting support to the Finance Director
• A variety of ad-hoc finance tasks, some of which will be routine in nature

This is a supportive role, providing the chance to work closely with a Finance Director in a well-run, growing business. You will be comfortable taking ownership of core finance activities, improving processes, and supporting the wider business as required.
