We're looking for driven, resilient individuals with a background in sales, high-end customer service, or fast-paced/high-pressure environments to join our high-performing London team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and play a key role in supporting schools by sourcing outstanding teachers and support staff. This is not a role for the faint-hearted - but for those who thrive on targets, pressure, and results, the rewards are exceptional.

• Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management

You'll begin with candidate generation, building strong educator relationships. As you progress, you'll move into business development, managing school partnerships and earning commission on every successful placement.

• 32,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE 35,000- 42,000)
