Salary: 32,000 + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE 35,000- 42,000)

We're looking for driven, resilient individuals with a background in sales, high-end customer service, or fast-paced/high-pressure environments to join our high-performing London team.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and play a key role in supporting schools by sourcing outstanding teachers and support staff. This is not a role for the faint-hearted - but for those who thrive on targets, pressure, and results, the rewards are exceptional.

  • Degree desirable but not essential
