Our client, a reputable, family run business are now looking to recruit a Managing Director to lead the business to double turnover to 20M and achieve EBITDA of 20% through comprehensive improvements across all areas of the organisation, including sales, operations, commercial strategy, innovation, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a growth strategy aligned with premium positioning in packaging
- Commercial Growth: Expand market share through new business development, strategic partnerships, and enhanced client relationships.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Oversee pricing strategies and margin optimization to achieve profitability targets.
- Innovation & Product Development: Champion innovation in premium primary packaging solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure sustainability and compliance with industry standards.
- Financial Performance: Deliver financial objectives: turnover of 20M and EBITDA of 20%

- Proven track record of scaling a business to significant growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with financial literacy with experience in EBITDA-focused strategies
- Expertise in operational improvement and change management.
