Secondary school Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) required

Tradewind are looking to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across secondary schools in Liverpool. We are seeking confident, hardworking, and adaptable individuals who can deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering prepared lessons across a range of subjects in KS3 and KS4.
Supporting students' learning, engagement, and behaviour during lessons.
Providing cover in the absence of teaching staff while ensuring continuity and high standards.

What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead whole-class learning.
Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
Experience working in a secondary school setting (desirable).
A passion for helping young people achieve their best.
