A leading FM organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to support its growth strategy by delivering compelling bid submissions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and make a real impact on business success.

The Role

As the Bid Manager, you will:
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver effective bid management plans from opportunity to submission.
  • Coordinate internal and external Subject Matter Experts to gather and shape bid content.
  • Write, edit, and review bid responses to ensure clarity, compliance, and win themes.
  • Support the Head of Sales throughout the governance process and client presentations.
  • Maintain and develop a central bid library to capture best practice and innovation.
You

To be successful in this Bid Manager role, you will bring:
  • Proven bid management experience within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Strong written, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into winning solutions.
  • Experience working autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and bid management processes (Salesforce experience desirable).
