Property Surveyor (Social Housing)

What you ll do

• You ll deliver a range of professional property surveys to inform asset management decisions, such as: stock condition, asbestos re-inspections, HHSRS surveys and energy performance assessments.
• Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, you ll provide technical advice, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

Location: Warrington, with travel to other locations as required around the North West

Salary: £39,447

What you need

• Strong knowledge of construction legislation and health & safety standards.
• A relevant qualification in construction e.g. Level 4 or equivalent
• Proven experience conducting building surveys and analysing property conditions.
• Excellent IT skills as you will be capturing and verifying survey data, administering systems, etc.
