Key Responsibilities
- Manage site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure health & safety, quality, and programme compliance
- Coordinate works with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Monitor progress and report to senior management
- Support commercial delivery alongside the Project QS
- Proven Site Manager experience in construction
- Background in fit-out, data centres, or critical environments preferred
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / MS Project
