Composite Trimmer / Fitter - Coventry

Shorterm Group is looking for a skilled Composite Trimmer / Fitter to join a growing automotive company based in Coventry.

Key skills:
- 2 years experience as a Trimmer / Fitter
- Background in the Automotive / Aerospace / Motorsport industries
- Experience with Pre - Preg

Job details:
- Position: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: 15- 18 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am

Please note: From January 1st, 2026, working hours will change to a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 3:30pm).
