This is an excellent opportunity for an AV professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, building strong relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external, and delivering reliable, high-quality audio visual experiences. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are installed, maintained, and supported to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as first-line response to audio visual issues across venues in your region
Build and maintain strong working relationships with on-site venue teams
Carry out site surveys for equipment upgrades and replacements
Lead AV installations and manage your own vehicle kit stock
Provide remote support and occasional on-site assistance as required
Support head office with rack builds and system preparation when needed
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong experience within Audio Visual engineering, particularly video and projection systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and document processes clearly
Experience training or supporting others in AV systems and best practices
Basic skills in video editing, presentation tools, and Photoshop
Proactive, resourceful approach with strong communication skills
Comfortable with frequent UK travel and staying away from home
Full UK driving licence
