Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £13.22 P/H
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding vehicle claims and repairs
  • Updating customers on the progress of their claim or repair
  • Liaising with garages, repair centres, and hire vehicle providers to arrange and monitor work
  • Managing and processing claims and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Providing a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
  • General administrative duties to support the wider team
About You:
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a telephone-based environment
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
  • The ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Immediate availability to start
