Customer Service Administrator
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £13.22 P/H
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding vehicle claims and repairs
- Updating customers on the progress of their claim or repair
- Liaising with garages, repair centres, and hire vehicle providers to arrange and monitor work
- Managing and processing claims and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Providing a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
- General administrative duties to support the wider team
About You: - Previous customer service experience, ideally within a telephone-based environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
- The ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Immediate availability to start
