Accounts Payable Assistant - Contract
Location: Colchester, Essex
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Pay: £120 per day
Contract Length: 2 months
Start Date: Must be available immediately (max 1 week notice)
Mandatory: Must be available to interview immediately

What You'll Do:- Upload & process invoices/payment requests
- Vendor reconciliations & stakeholder engagement
- Purchase ledger maintenance & reporting
- Resolve debit balance disputes
- Maintain & match PO orders, manage exceptions
- Handle invoice queries & provide top-tier customer service
- General admin duties
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting
- Invoice processing & discrepancy resolution skills
- SAP proficiency
- Strong organisation & time management
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Problem-solving & communication skills
