Job title: Finance & Operations Coordinator
Saary: £25,000 - £30,000
Locations: Remote
We have partnered with a fast-growing digital marketing company made up of team combining technical expertise and creative thinking to drive strong digital performance. They are looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator who will work closely with the CFO, managing core finance processes while also supporting the coordination and day-to-day effectiveness of our remote, international team.
This person will be responsible for both the finance administration and broader operational support within the company. They will be the go to person for keeping financial records in order as well as coordinating team socials, travel and general office admin.
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoicing and maintain the sales ledger in Xero
- Reconcile aged debtors and intercompany accounts
- Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close, including journals and accruals
- Support cash flow forecasting and management reporting
- Manage multi-currency accounts and international payments
- Prepare VAT/GST returns and support statutory accounts across jurisdictions
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external accountants
- Provide centralised operational and administrative support across the business
- Maintain and improve internal processes, systems, and documentation
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and internal meetings
- Manage travel planning and logistics for leadership and staff
About you:
- Minimum two years' experience in a finance or accounts-related role
- Familiarity with multi-currency transactions
- Confident user of Xero with strong Excel skills
