Your new companyWe are recruiting an administrator to work within a retirement living scheme based in Ellesmere Port.Your new roleThis is a full - time, on-site role, working 35 hours per week. You will work on a 2-week rota. The first week you will work Mon, Tues and Fri 8-5pm and Saturday 10-2pm, week 2 you will work Monday-Friday 9-5pm.As an Administrator, your role will include essential administration tasks, but this is also a customer-facing role, in which you will cover reception. In addition to admin tasks, you will provide support and signposting to our customers, and support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the Scheme. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience of working in an office environment, along with strong IT, communication and organisational skills. You will be a team player but also able to work efficiently on your own as the role will involve lone-working at times.
