Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading Social Housing company in their search for an experienced Joiner to work on a contract in Leamington Spa

For the successful Joiner our client is offering:

• £22 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
• Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates
• Call out rota (if wanted)
• Temporary - Permanent

The Role: Joiner

• Working throughout Leamington Spa
• Repairs and maintenance
• Conduct regular quality checks
• Following health and safety regulations
• Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Joiner

• City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
• Own van and tools ESSENTIAL
• Multi trade experience ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
