Contract Opportunity We're looking for a commercially driven
Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local retail accounts across
EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you'll own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution.

Key Responsibilities - Own and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolio
- Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategy
- Lead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable margin
- Build strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA
- Analyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Execute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launches
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicing
- Ensure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reporting
- Support and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunities
Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within Retail, FMCG, or Entertainment (or similar)
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreements
- Experience working with mass/value retail is a strong advantage
- Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance data
- Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
