What You'll Be Doing
Supporting planning applications with clear, robust ecological assessments and technical reports
Advising project teams and clients on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) strategies and practical mitigation measures
Liaising with local authorities, statutory consultees, and clients to guide projects smoothly through the planning process
Conducting site visits and ecological surveys nationwide
Contributing to the development of our internal ecology capability as an integral member of a growing environmental team
What We're Looking For
Experience delivering ecological surveys, assessments, and reports
Strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation, planning policy and BNG requirements
Confident communicator able to collaborate with planners, architects, and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and deliver to deadlines
A passion for nature-positive design and sustainable development
