Sales Manager

You will be supporting delivery of the next stage of their commercial strategy, building key accounts, and converting new business opportunities

Reporting to - Sales Director

Salary- 45,000- 51,000 DOE

Car allowance included

Location - Hybrid, Ashton-In-Makerfield

The role-

• Lead, coach and develop the sales account managers
• Focus on lead generation
• Account relationship development
• Pipeline Management

About you-

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the bakery ingredients sector
• Commercially minded
• Able to analyse data, build commercial proposals and accurately forecast demand
• Previous team management experience (open to speaking with candidates looking to take the next step into team leadership)
• Strong record in new business generation, account management and pipeline development
• Results driven
• Collaborative mindset
• Full UK driving license - willingness to travel and work flexibly as required (occasionally overseas)
