Job Title: Service Designer

  • Duration: 3-Month Rolling Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a project focused on fraud-related services within the public sector. You will play a key role in designing and improving end-to-end services that meet user needs and align with government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver user-centred services that address fraud prevention and detection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and policy experts.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Create service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
  • Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and meet government service standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer on Central Government projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
