About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a project focused on fraud-related services within the public sector. You will play a key role in designing and improving end-to-end services that meet user needs and align with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver user-centred services that address fraud prevention and detection.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product managers, developers, and policy experts.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
- Ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and meet government service standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer on Central Government projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
